CHRISTMAS IN JULY CRAFT FEST ZOOM EVENT

Event Date:  Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27

Event Time: 11:00am - 4:00pm BOTH DAYS.  Times are Eastern US Time

Venue: ZOOM(I am not able to ship the craft packs internationally).  

Price:  Early Bird Tickets $195

            Non Early Bird Tickets $225

Early Bird Ticket Pricing Available on 5/27/2025 and ends on 6/1/2025.  All tickets sold after 6/1/2025 are $225  

‘Once purchased, tickets are non refundable

Each attendee is required to purchase a ticket.  Zoom sharing is not permitted.

If you are brand new to paper crafting, you might find the pace of this event a little challenging.  We will be doing projects that are at minimum intermediate in skill level. 

DESCRIPTION

Be a part of The Posh Paper Lady's first ever virtual CHRISTMAS IN JULY CRAFT FEST( Zoom)!  This fun filled CRAFT FEST will take place via Zoom and will cover two days. 

Each CRAFT FEST FRIEND will receive a FEST kit (THIS WILL BE MY LARGEST KIT EVER)! Your kit will contain: 

stickers

ephemera

paper 

chipboard

embellishments

We might not use all items in your crafty package, but you will definitely put it to good use!

A SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL ORDERS.  DUE TO HIGH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS, I AM ONLY ABLE TO SHIP THE CRAFT PACKS TO U.S. ADDRESSES.  

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU:

BOTH audio AND video Zoom participation are REQUIRED.  Your access will be removed if both audio and video are not enabled.

Checking your email for updates and information.   Email is the method I will be using to send information.

PLEASE DO NOT USE A ZOOM VIRTUAL BACKGROUND OR BLUR YOUR BACKGROUND.  These features are very distracting and make it very difficult for you to be seen.  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

you will need a quiet work area free of distractions and noise

Scoring and trimming tools.  It is highly recommended that you have some type of a scoreboard and some type of a paper trimmer.

Scissors or hand held cutting tool of your choice

tear tape of your choice

wet glue of your choice

papers, embellishments and ephemera that you might want to use

WHAT TO EXPECT:

YOU CAN EXPECT SOME HIGH QUALITY PAPER CRAFTING FUN!

All CHRISTMAS IN JULY packages will be mailed ON 7/11/2025

The first email reminder will be sent ON 7/18, and the second email reminder will be sent on 7/23.

Zoom will be open at 10:30 each day, so that you can login early and troubleshoot any potential sign in issues.  THE EARLY LOGIN WILL ALSO BE A MEET AND GREET PERIOD.

We will take two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute break.  

Each day's project will be different, and we will do at least four projects during the CRAFT FEST

CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable and cancellations will not be permitted for this event.  

FAQs

What if I don't use or don't like PayPal? Currently, PayPal is the payment processing option for my website.  Tickets for this event will be processed through them.

Can a friend and I purchase one ticket together and both attend under the same Zoom?  No, each participant is required to have their own ticket.

What happens if I don't want to enable my video/audio?  Both audio and video participation are a requirement for the CRAFT FEST.  Please do not sign up for the event if you don't want to have the features enabled.  If you still sign up and you choose not use audio/video, your access to the CRAFT FEST will be forfeited and a refund will not be issued.

Can I get a partial refund if I miss a day or a part of a day? No, refunds will only be given if I cancel the retreat.

Can I pay the ticket price in installments?  If the installment option appears at checkout, then that might be available to you.  

What happens if the internet in my home goes out?  The responsibility to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues will belong to you.

What happens if The Posh Paper Lady loses internet?  I will work to troubleshoot the issue and keep everyone informed via email.
